Couldn't agree more, kevhol. Good to see you on here, too. My Winnfield girls beat Oak Hill, ASH, and Kinder in the tournament in Alexandria. Did your girls play today?

Good job with the wins in Alex. No, we did not play this weekend. We had a tournament at Southwood, but didn't play. Took two bad hits this past week. Lost to Natchitoches Central by 1 in the bottom of the 8th inning with 2 outs. Then got spanked by a very good Haughton team 10-1. We have a big week before district starts in about 10 days. West Monroe at Southwood Thurs. then down to Sulphur for the tournament next weekend.

Ah, the joys of coaching teenagers. Never know which ones will show up. I'm sure your girls will be more than ready come district. Wish I could see the WM game Thursday. One of our basketball players, Sarah Little, played her first softball action of the season today and hit her first two career home runs! Great kid, too - she goes to our church. Good luck next week against the Rebs
